What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I love all the types of interactions I have with my students. I cannot explain, in words, the sense of achievement that I feel when one of my students achieves a higher grade on their test or even understands a concept that they've been struggling with or when you develop a bond with them because of which they feel really comfortable to be verbal about their queries regarding a concept.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I don't believe in the one-size-fits-all approach. I can make adjustments when certain approaches arenβt effective and, I'm not someone who will leave mid-conversation as soon as my time is up, I'm a dedicated hardworking tutor who doesn't have a problem staying back 10- 15 mins extra to help out my students. It's important that my students know that they can trust me to never judge them, no matter what the question is, and, always make learning fun for them. It's very important to me that all my students feel heard and understood. As an individual, I believe I have strong interpersonal skills which allow me to recognise factors like test anxiety, insecurity, and stress which impact performance. I believe showing a clear understanding of my student's emotions will be an asset to the process.Most important things I can do for a student π
