I personally believe that tutoring is a great enjoyment. Watching the student's reaction as the answer or concept being taught clicks in their mind is a most fulfilling experience. I always have my students interests in mind, and when I see that they are struggling or becoming distracted I will allow them to re-energize. The most important thing a tutor provides for their student is their support and understanding. It is important that through a students struggles and confusion, their is a person to assist them and reassure them that they are capable. In order to see that their students continue to grow and perform well, they must encourage and uplift their students.
