What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I like moment after a concept or a skill clicks with the student and they suddenly feel capable of something they previously thought was impossible.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I can teach a varied range of subjects but can quickly adjust to each individual students needs. I try to find an approach that the student will like or is suited to. For example, when learning how to write a persuasive essay, I let the student choose the topic from an area of their interests - i.e: superheroes, pets etc.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

Make them interested in the content. The students won't want to learn unless they care about the content and while grades are good motivators, pure enjoyment and interest in a subject make it easier to learn.
