A tutor needs to be able to quickly pick up on a students strengths and weaknesses so that they can focus on the correct areas of study. They also need to be able to create an optimal learning environment specialized to that specific student. Importantly a tutor needs to make the learning a fun experience for the student as this is what allows the most potential learning to occur.
