What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Personally, being able to help a student learn, manage skills across a range of diverse subjects and to see them succeed. Being able to jump into the student's world, understand what their strengths and weaknesses are, allows myself to adapt how I tutor to meet their preferences.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
- Having the ability to communicate concepts and adapt the approach to maximise the student's understanding and problem solving skills.
- Being very approachable, kind hearted, motivated and empathy.
- Having an extensive understanding of science and mathematical subjects.
- Having the want to see a student prosper and learn.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Being able to personalise the learning for the student. Adapting teaching style and to be able to teach to the student's strengths is important.
Qualities play a significant role in building an understanding and teaching role between the tutor and the student. Qualities include being honest, flexible, patient, empathy, professional and most importantly a good listener. Having these qualities allows a student to be comfortable, to have motivation to learn and to maximise the understanding of the subject.
