What I enjoy about tutoring is gaining experience as a tutor, making my lessons more helpful and enjoyable. I would also like to pass on my knowledge to students so they do not make the same mistakes I did. It is also pleasurable to see students improve and see different personalities. The most important thing I can do is to encourage students and to let them know that it's okay to be wrong. I will enforce high expectations upon them, such as doing practice questions to improve their maths skills. I can also give them a personalised plan on all the key kowledge they need to learn to excel in their test.
