What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
Teaching others how to improve their work is something that I find to be quite fulfilling. Due to my academic ability I had tutored my brother in Math since year 10, to which he was a year older than me however I was placed in his class as I found my classes at the time to be too easy. Seeing my students grow from my tutelage makes the experience worth it in a capacity that traditional jobs donβt necessarily do so.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
Nurturing β I tend to forge friendships with many of my students and help guide them even outside the scope of tutoring. My star pupil Khoi Nguyen for instance was Dux of the school in the year after mine and has since become my VP in my presidency for the Monash Electronic Gaming Association (MEGA), my part time volunteering job. Competency β I have experience tutoring, even if informal, and am quite confident in both my academic ability and the ability to communicate such knowledge to others in an easy-to-follow manner.Most important things I can do for a student π
