My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths include the ability to empathise with the student at all times, understanding different circumstances and having the patience needed to be a good tutor. Likewise, I have the time and dedication that kids may not have access to with school teachers or parents. However, with strengths, come weaknesses. My explanations of senior topics like projectile motion may not as good of a standard compared to others, but with revision, I am sure and willing to improve. I am always willing to learn and improve.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe tutors need to understand their students, given that not all individuals hold the same skills or pace of learning and as such, need to be taken into consideration or have the lesson plans catered to their needs. Tutors must, nonetheless, put in large amounts of effort to ensure the student receives and understands theory that is taught, is able to approach the tutor and ask for help, as well as confirm student can apply knowledge. Above all, a tutor must be able to take on a personal accountability and continually seek ways to improve.
