What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy working with young people to help them achieve their full potential and to inspire them to have a 'love of learning'; it is a privilege to see a young person making headway in an area they earlier had difficulty in, as well as being extended in areas that they are already very strong and continually want to improve.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am a very patient person, and appreciate that it can take time to get results in catching up on a weak academic field. I try to be an encouraging role model for the young people that I mentor that praises success, honest efforts, and a positive attitude to learning. I also understand that different people learn in different ways, and am flexible in adapting my teaching techniques to cater for individual students.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor should help a student foremost achieve the specific academic goals that they wish to attain; but the way in which they should do this is by inspiring a love of learning in the student. By achieving this dual function, you are more likely to attain success for short term results as well as success for the entirety of their academic careers.
