Being able to help students and allow them to realise their potential to solve complex problems. I find this is a very rewarding experience not only because it gives me personal satisfaction but also the joy it brings the students. I believe every student can achieve the best results, it only requires the right assistance and determination. Personally, I believe my love of learning is my greatest strength. Through school I loved mathematics and physics and was always intrigued to learn more. First hand, I noticed that the best teachers I had were the ones that truely loved what they taught and wanted to share their knowledge. I believe a tutor needs to be patient, flexible and passionate about the subjects. A tutor that is passionate about teaching their subject immediately has the attention of the student.However, some students struggle learning new concepts. A tutor needs to be patient in this time but also flexible to think of new interesting ways to demonstrate the content.
