Calm and patient.
I am able to cater towords each individuals needs.
I am easy to get along with.
I am commited to get students on track and encourage them when challenges occur.
Most important things I can do for a student π
Being able to clearly convey information and knowlege in way students can understand as this is the main reason students seek tutors. Tutors should also be patient and adaptable. Being patient when students struggle to get a grasp on topics is a neccessaity to avoid students loosing moral, and it is important to be adaptable, as each student is different and has different needs, being adaptable allows for a tutor to aid the students specific needs. Tutors should also be reflective in themselves. Perhaps thier explanation is insufficent, reflecting on explanations allows tutors to teach well.
