What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I love being able to help students and see their gradual progress in terms of grades and also confidence. It makes the entire process very rewarding for me.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths are my ability to effectively communicate and understand students' needs and struggles when it comes to certain concepts. I have a friendly personality that many of my students feel comfortable with, and ensures that I maintain good rapport with my students which enables them to feel as though they can ask me any question they want. I am also very organised with my time, as I have had to fit work around my uni schedule.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to provide constant attention, care, and patience. Thinking back to how I was back in high school, learning can be a long and difficult process, and all my positive experiences in school included supportive, kind, and patient teachers. I believe that as a tutor, creating that environment for a student can improve their confidence and motivation to study and learn, and make them feel valued.
