What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring feels GREAT!!. In other words, helping other people learn & grow makes you a much wiser and better person. It can lead to good & fresh ideas from the students you are tutoring. Apart from that, I find tutoring work rewarding because of the ability to focus on one person only, and build relationships and help them in a much more targeted way. I find it great to design a method that meets the student's needs to build knowledge as every individual has a different story!

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My major strength is my current position. Being a student myself I understand the course structure and the complications faced by many. Also my flexibility and willingness to learn and try new things. For instance, if a lesson isn't going well, I can add some spice pretty quickly to make it interesting and active. Lastly my interactive use my technology in teaching which can broaden the horizons and think of individuals to a greater extent!

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

So far I have found several factors that make for good tutors. Firstly building a strong and personal relationship with the student is very important as the more connected a student feels to his or her tutor, the more the tutor can add essential ingredients for students to learn and grow. Secondly, communication and collaboration with the student, teachers, and parents also play a crucial role in learning. Lastly, tutors should be expert in their academic content i.e. they know the subject's concepts, ideas, and problems inside out. Otherwise, it could lead to weak ends and concepts.
