What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy building a connection with my students and seeing them gain confidence to tackle problems, especially those outside of studying that they can use the skills obtained through the tutoring process.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Patience has always been one of my stronger trait. Studying in academia taught me that a meaningful result often would not reveal itself instantly, but require meticulous digging from a pile of numbers, and it is very important to not rush when obtaining a result. Optimism is another important trait that I pride myself on, optimism to me is the ability to identify and believe in a potential, and KNOWING that with the right approach, that potential will always shine. Furthermore, my experience as an art exhibition curator taught me how to deliver content in an engaging way, which is relevant.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe it is important a tutor should be someone who a student can rely on, not to give them an answer but to give them a tool or a guide to solve the problem on their own, or at least to get them to the next step. A student should be motivated to solve the problem while confident in the knowledge that the tutor will be there every single step of the way. It is also very important for a tutor to create a safe space, so that the student can feel unjudged, confident in their self-worth and be able to share school issues beyond studying, such as bullying and so.
