Sharing my knowledge and experience to assist others in developing faster. I find it very rewarding to be able to see others grasp a topic or lesson that they initially had trouble understanding. A math tutor once did the same thing for me back when I was having trouble with my maths. This way I can find a suitable way to convey my ideas and perspective to them.
