I used to have a tutor prior to high school who was patient and worked hard to find the best way I worked. this allowed me to feel more confident in myself and valued as a human being. In my past job working with children I believe my biggest strength was my ability to be patient with the student and listen to their needs. listening to that they need most and what might help them best. There is nothing worse than not understanding what is going on and a teacher not listening to you and attempting to help which I want to turn around!Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
