The real reward in my perspective is the students feedback of," Oh is that all it is?" which is the best feeling because you know that you delivered your content and it was comprehended by the student which is the main goal at the end of the day.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Communication, this is vital as the tutor needs to deliver the content effectively and concisely and in return be able to understand the feedback whether it be a clarification or a doubt to enable a healthy and strong learning environment between the student and the tutor. Time management is also important as content of the syllabus has to be methodically structured so that there is enough time to do revision of the content at the end of the syllabus.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
