What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
Enjoyed being with children and help them, who is struggling to keep up, as well as those who aren't challenged enough. This is the most rewarding job and there are lot of positive things which we can learn from children.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
One of the good qualities of mine as a tutor is , I am a good listener and can Communicate clearly with children and appropriately with parents. I can work alongside with students and build a good rapport with students which are really essential for learning. I believe my tutoring experience and mentoring experience will definitely help me to proceed with this role.
Most important things I can do for a student π
1)A good tutor has to identify the studentβs learning style. Each student is different and have to teach them accordingly
2)Tutor should be caring and compassionate, but also professional and organized.
3)A teacher should be able to build confidence in their children. Confidence definitely improve their hidden talents
4)Tutor must understand children's family background at least to some extent so that they will get an idea about student's strength and weaknesses.
