Tutoring was very enjoyable for me when I was still a student as it was a great way for me to review my own knowledge of the subjects while being able to pass that knowledge down to other students. The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to give them the confidence to face the problems on their own. Constantly solving the problems for them isn't helping them, but deepening their understanding of the subjects and concepts through patience and persistence, and developing positive study skills through the process will help them infinitely in their academic career.
