What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I’ve always enjoyed the end result, seeing kids feel so proud and accomplished when they finally understand something that’s been giving them such a hard time. Through tutoring you can really make people feel so much more capable and confident, which makes such a huge difference across all areas of life.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I’m a patient and understanding person; I never get frustrated when someone can’t understand things because I understand that everyone learns in different ways, and so instead i work on unique ways to tackle the problem that may better suit the individual. I’m innovative, so I’m good at coming up with these out of the box methods, and I’ve found that I’ve been able to help people who are at several different levels by making the content accessible for anyone despite the breadth of their knowledge and abilities

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Tutors need to be able to listen, support, and communicate with their students in a way that makes them feel comfortable to ask questions and admit when they don’t really understand what’s going on. By being an approachable person, students are less likely to feel anxious and in a comfortable environment, are more likely to absorb the information.
