What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Seeing students obtaining confidence and positive outcomes with their studies, particularly students that lack confidence, but have an underlying ability or those that struggle with study can be shown ways to work to their maximum abilities.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I can very quickly access students' weaknesses and strengths on a topic by asking them preliminary questions about it. I have high level communication skills, both written and verbal. I stick to the criteria and learning standards of the student's school and only reemphasis what is learnt in the school classroom to avoid confusion and ambiguity in learning outcomes. I have a library of reference material and aids to assist the students from past studies in Engineering and in house course material from my former employer (Telstra).Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Allow the student to have freedom of thought and to develop critical and logical thinking, whilst keeping in the bounds of the subject criteria that will be accessed. Also encourage the students to see the benefit from studying and to provide real life experience to aid in their learnings. e.g. maybe demonstrating a mathematics topic and how it applies in real life or through engineering related experiences. Always encourage them and highlight the students' strengths and where they can use them in obtaining optimal results.Subjects Tutored 🎓

No concerns at this stage. Maybe needs to do more problem solving for math's questions he finds difficult to provide more fluency in his solutions. This will work well for his tests and exams.

Isaac is starting now to clearly write out solutions in a methodical way to demonstrate what his solutions are line by line. He is also realizing by doing that he can recheck the solution by referring to his line solution answers. This will be of great benefit to him in all future exams and also in his methodical thinking upon all deductive thinking, not just formal learning.
No other improvements to date other than what has been stated in prior comments. Most prominent one regarding writing the basic information down for a given question than proceeding with a step-by-step solution.

Dejan passed his math's assignments very well obtaining a 90 % score. His math's teacher marked him off for his math's topic for the year having a total satisfactory output. He is keen to start next year (Year 12) a couple of weeks earlier. This is due to his rejuvenated interest in learning from obtaining higher grades. Overall a great improvement over the year
Dejan needs to continue reading daily, even 5 minutes a day will assist him, and understand the value of what daily reading will assist in all his studies. It doesn't matter what he reads and should read things that interest him to maintain that habit. He has the intelligence to obtain higher scores in his subjects, particularly science and math's if he puts his mind to it.
