What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy passing down the knowledge I have accumulated and giving students an extra perspective on maths. I also appreciate having a positive impact on the students life and that they are now more capable in their studies than before I have tutored them.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths as a tutor include being able to view the question from the student's perspective and approaching maths questions from multiple angles so as to allow the student to more easily interpret the questions. I also believe I utilise examples more than others which allows the theory of maths to be more concrete in nature and more applicable for the students outside of their academic studies. I am also patient with students and believe that going at the student's own pace is more advantageous than rushing through the course as often students feel left behind.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Being a constant source of confidence for the student is one of the most important aspects of a tutor. Providing the students the reassurance that they can excel is absolutely vital for when they undertake their studies in school. Often times school is the only source of maths teaching and there are not many people to consult especially if the parents do not have a maths background.
