What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

My passion for Mathematics and Science, as well as my interests and abilities in understanding mathematical concepts and communicating them to different levels, makes me enjoy tutoring deeply. Seeing gratitude in my students and an increase in their interest in the subject is definitely gratifying as a tutor, and I believe that a comfortable, informal learning environment is key for that, something I am capable of achieving thanks to my social skills. Another great satisfaction is the improvement in the student’s performance at school, but most importantly, their gaining of self-sufficiency.

My strengths as a tutor are a thorough planning of each session, which I try to make as interactive as possible. Furthermore, my communication skills reflected in a positive body language as well as clarity and concision in my explanations usually make classes very productive. I strive for creating a comfortable, informal space for the student, encouraging them to ask questions at any time.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

As a tutor, I prioritize the acquisition of skills in the students towards their self-sufficiency. I believe that the tutor should provide all necessary resources for the student to be able to learn and succeed. This may include studying techniques, organizational diagrams of all milestones the student needs to achieve and how to make them, methods to achieve a deep understanding of every concept and its relation to other fields and real-world applications, etc.
