I love sharing my knowledge with other people. I enjoy interacting with my students and discuss the practical importance of what they're learning rather than just obtain textbook knowledge. I can help students relate to the practical applications of what they are learning. I can make them think on their own and come up with different ideas to solve a particular problem. The student must feel comfortable and unafraid to speak his/her mind in front of the tutor. I believe that the tutor must be able to get the student thinking about the problem in question on his/her own and discuss the possibility of that being the ideal solution. This will help the student gain knowledge as to what is right and why it is right, which I think depends on the tutors capability to deliver the particular topic.
