What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The connections I form with my students being a tutor are powerful and important. From learning about what makes them tick as a student, to learning their fears and insecurities, to learning their life goals and ambitions, to even learning their life philosophies, I see different perspectives about life and how to approach different situations. Being a tutor or I can say a role model for our students, I always found a lot of enjoyment in teaching my students not just how to survive academically but also socially and mentally. It is fulfilling to give back value to my students.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I am a great organizer and planner because of that I always successfully manage large workloads and will always be able to manage in future. I have in-depth knowledge of my subject and a flexible and adaptable style of teaching. I can cater for all students regardless of their level of ability. Other strengths include my communication skills, my friendly and patient style of tutoring and the fact I always take responsibility for my own continuous professional development.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the impact that a tutor can have on a student should not be understated. A tutor could be the reason a student develops a greater sense of purpose or self-esteem and the one that sets a student straight on the true and good path to success and fulfilment. The one who could help give a student confidence to pursue their field of interest, which influences their life trajectory forever. If a student eventually achieves big and goes down in history for their work and contribution, a tutor will be the one that helped them get there and the person they remember.
