Seeing good results after a session or prolonged period is always rewarding and sweet when tutoring a student as it was all their effort with just a bit of guidance and assistance from me. I also enjoy sharing advice that I wish I had when I was in secondary school.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I am a reliable person thus, I believe that it is important for a tutor to be available to answer and help a student when they need it. I can recognise what knowledge I am comfortable with teaching but also prepare myself to understand concepts from authentic resources and guide the student to knowledge banks that I had used in the past. Subsequently, as I was once in my student's shoes I understand the stress and pressure to get the right answers on assessments and homework. I believe the most important value a tutor can teach a student is the motivation to change their perspective of learning or studying as inspiration to be a better student rather than viewing it as a chore.
