Having worked in both academia and as a finance professional I am well placed to offer an insight into how valuable Mathematical skills can be in gaining employment; this can help to inspire and motivate students to succeed. I have extensive experience in articulating technical concepts to individuals of varying backgrounds and skill levels and am able to adapt to differing needs and learning styles. I am a compassionate and supportive individual, always seeking to enhance the self confidence of students/staff members, as well as being clear and strong in setting expectations.
