My Strengths as Tutor 💪

As a maths tutor, I understand how important it is for students to practice the questions. Most students I notice have an understanding of the concepts but trouble with applying the concepts to finding solutions to problems which shows a lack of practice. Also, I do not do the questions for the students unless it is as an example: most important thing to me is that the student manages to figure out the answer themselves.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Being supportive and patient because it can be difficult for a tutor to see how hard the high school level maths can be for the student. Tutors need to remember how they did when they did the same maths years ago for their HSC/school and how difficult it was back then as opposed to how simple it seems now.
