Encourage, support, and accept students learning difficulties. It's important to draw on their strengths and lead them towards learning goals by asking them what they think they need help with and what their interests and strengths are. Learning needs to be fun, achievable, challenging, interesting, meet their needs, and help them to recognize their success. Learning also needs to have structure and be purposeful.
