What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

- Seeing my students curiosity through asking question. - Engaging with students by passing on my knowledge to them. - Seeing my students grow as people. - Getting to know my students through their academic work.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

(1) Flexibility in teaching methods: I know that not all students respond to the teaching material the same way. For younger passive students, a more personal approach is needed like 1-to-1 teaching. For younger active students, learning through games is more receptible. For more mature students, discussions and sharing experiences are preferable. (2) Constant learning: Being a teacher and a student is oftentimes synonymous. I will have to revise my teaching material frequently before teaching a class. I have had my students demonstrate a better way in approaching certain questions too.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

To bring out the best in students would be the most important thing as a tutor. The strengths of students differ individually, hence, they will perform differently. My job as a tutor would be to help students find their strengths while encouraging them to improve on their weaknesses through learning methods that are the most enjoyable for them.
