Firstly, it benefits me that I could revise things that I had learnt so I do not forget it. Tutoring could also be a way to build connection with a lot of people from different ages. I think the most important thing is patience as not all students are fast learner. Sometimes repetition is needed in tutoring and we need to stay calm and cool while explaining it repeatedly.
