I am a friendly and personable individual who is eager to cater for all students’ needs. I once had a student who was really struggling as an arithmetic and found that she was a visual learner. I was able to cater for her by providing visual aids to go through the math problems. To the best of my ability, I like to explain why we got the result rather than just how we are meant to solve a math problem. For instance, theen learning the areas of 2D shapes, I like to explain why we get the area of a triangle rather than just giving them the formula.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is encouragement and support.
