What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

In general I love understanding the world around me more thoroughly so, as a tutor I enjoy helping others do the same. I also love seeing a student finally grasp an idea after struggling with it.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have a few strengths as a tutor. For starters, I have a very strong math background. In high school and middle school I took a very accelerated mathematics path and finished grade 12 math by grade 9. I then end up taking multiple AP math courses in high school as well as multiple math courses in my first year of university. Having a strong math background allows me to approach solutions from a variety of ways depending on a students needs.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do is give students the skills to work through problems on their own. Mathematics is all about problem solving which many students struggle to do because they don't have the foundation of skills to know what solutions to reach for. A good tutor starts at the base of the students skills and gives them a strong set of tools to work with when faced with math problems.
