The connection that I form with my students, gives me the ability to get to know each of them. This leads me to identify their insecurities as well as life goals and ambitions. The most important things to a student are when their tutor is honest, patient, a good listener, and confident in their teaching. Sometimes when the tutor tends to share their own experiences, it builds up the connection between the tutor and the student.
