What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I've always been a person that enjoys learning, so what I enjoy most about tutoring is passing on knowledge. It's a very rewarding role to be tasked with teaching and shaping young minds, and I love knowing that I can make a difference by helping kids with their education.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I'm extremely kind and approachable, something that I think is essential for tutors as teaching young kids is the job description, something that requires kindness and patience. I'm also quite good at adapting lesson plans to meet a student's needs. Being neurodivergent myself, I'm aware of the benefits of catering to the needs of individual students and structuring learning in the way that best works for them. I think this is an important part of my strengths as a tutor as I always make sure that this is factored in so that my students get as much as possible out of our lessons.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think that the most important thing you can do for a student is to accommodate their needs. If there's something they're just not understanding in class or homework that they're stressed about, it's all about catering to what the student needs and ensuring that their needs are met so that they can succeed in their studies.
