What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐Ÿ˜

Seeing students "get it", that moment the light bulb goes on and the understanding of a certain concept/ subject makes sense to them. I get an immense sense of satisfaction and pride in seeing students succeed, however that may look like to them.

My Strengths as Tutor ๐Ÿ’ช

I am intuitive, empathetic and an excellent listener. I myself have a recent diagnosis (as an adult) of ADHD and can relate to many different kinds of people as well, having experienced a myriad of situations during my life so far. I have the ability to find solutions to problems where others may not and I love a good challenge. I also believe that my love for learning is conveyed in the way I approach different tasks.

Most important things I can do for a student ๐Ÿ…

Actively listening to the student and what they want to achieve. Being empathetic to the student and if a particular strategy isn't working, then tackling it from a different angle until together the tutor and student find what works best for the student and their style of learning.
