What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I most enjoy overseeing the progression students' make over time, watching how they become proud of their scores, which reflect the time and effort they have dedicated to achieving.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths include taking a student-centred approach to first assess the student's learning environment. This includes observing the student's strengths and weaknesses in their attitudes, behaviours and learning space. I then organise this information to form a long-term strategy to accommodate for their needs, leaving room for any adjustments needed and wanted. I work by boosting students' learning efficiency by first assisting them in creating the ideal space for learning, as well as creating a passionate, easy-going environment with the primary goal of boosting students' motivation and confidence.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe the most important things a tutor can do for a student is to optimise their environment for efficient and non-distracting lessons. This involves first and foremost making changes to their physical environment, changing attitudes towards school-work and education, as well as creating a more easy-going, lighthearted, passionate yet flexible environment for the student to work at their optimal and most ideal pace. This helps them with better processing the materials and learning content, and proves to result in higher levels of self-esteem and motivation.
