What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Easing the stress on students struggle to wrap their head around concepts that I also once found unobtainable. As I did not get a much assistance with these advanced topics, I can use my weeks of failing to find out why a student maybe struggling and thereby use this to take forth different approaches in my teaching to help get the student to the destination of realisation sooner. Hence, using a creative approach to help a unique mind to tackle difficult problems.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Having compassion for students struggles in a subject I once found impossible but soon became my passion. This subject being mathematics which has a high demand for students to study though the supply for teachers is not meeting this requirement. As I went to an underprivileged government school myself I understand the stress on the outlying, high performing students to find the support they need to get the grades they want.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do is to use a plethora of paths in order for a student to understand a concept. This is because all students are different, think different and are struggling in different ways. Therefore, it is unreasonable to just read an explanation for a textbook or just do problems while they watch, which definitely potent in the realm of mathematics. I find that you must properly dissect each students problem individually and give a wholistic response not to just the problem at hand but also how it connects to everything else they have been learning about.
