This is to help students to understand and appreciate the importance of leadership and take charge in finding solutions which can help them through high school as well as university and further their career goals. Go through school curriculums and assist in improvements. Help them develop their own study programs. Interpreting the material to students in digestible ways. Assessing and working with students’ different abilities. Preparing students for exams and assessments. Offering advice and feedback to students and their families.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Be able to understand that not every student is the same. Everyone's unique and their learning styles are different, so approaching every student with the same method to teach is not a good idea. Making sure to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of each individual student and tutor according to their strengths and weaknesses. Finally, the most important is to make sure to empower them to actively look for solutions rather than spoon-feeding information as it wouldn't help them in the longer term.
