What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
What I enjoy most about tutoring is watching the student develop a good understanding of what is being tutored. It's the best feeling when the student has their "Aha!" moment and you see them learn something they struggled to grasp at first.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
One of my strengths is that I'm enthusiastic about the subjects that I'm willing to tutor and so my attitude would influence how the student would feel about the subject positively. Also, I'm a good listener. This makes me understand what the student's thought process is which allows me to know their misconceptions and mistakes. I'm also empathetic to the struggle of a student and can relate hence, I know how to motivate the student to never give up.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
1. Sharing with them good learning strategies best suited to the student so they can eventually learn on their own which is crucial to their success in the future.
2. Motivate the student to try their best, be hard-working and to never give up if they're struggling.
3. Encourage them to have a positive attitude towards learning and their studies.
4. Tutoring them as best you can and ensuring progress every session.
