Holistic, compassionate, patient and understanding. Solid curriculum knowledge (chemistry and biology). Organised, able to time manage effectively. Able to teach learning skills such as planning, researching, report writing etc.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
impart a love for learning by showing the student how to self learn and providing the support and tools required to make learning effective. Once students realise these tools can be applied not just at school but practically (in the workplace, at home or the pursuit of interests and hobbies) and that the accumulation of knowledge is inter connective then realisations occur, confidence grows and self worth develops.
