What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐
Tutoring is a rewarding job where I decide the direction of my role. As a STEM tutor, my students' perspective to a problem or a fact helps me to find a new dimension to a same problems. It unfolds multiple direction of thoughts which is enlightening not only for the student but also the tutor. The best part of tutoring comes from the fact that both the tutor and the student grows hand in hand. The fact that I can have a really positive impact in growing a student's mind makes this profession the most satisfactory and enriching.
My Strengths as Tutor ๐ช
As tutor I have top-notch communication skills that engage students to participate in the classroom. I am passionate and enthusiastic about the subjects I teach. In my classroom apart for learning the subjects, students learn teamwork, discipline and gain confidence to venture real-life problems. Empathy, patience and collaboration work hand in hand when I teach my students to become a problem solver.
Most important things I can do for a student ๐
A student's mind is like an unshaped wet pile of mud. A tutor is an artist responsible in shaping the minds such that they can stand out as an individual. The most important responsibility of a tutor is be kind and dedicated to the wellbeing of the students. The tutor must observe, listen and reach out to the student for assistance as they carve the shapes in their minds.
