My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think I have a good knowledge of the content and the processes involved, however sometimes it is difficult for me to understand that others don't share that same confidence when attempting problems and I need to take slightly smaller steps to allow the student to understand the problem when this occurs. I also have trouble sometimes determining the right speed to proceed through material, I want to make sure the student has a strong understanding the topics, but this can sometimes mean some topics do not have the required amount of time dedicated to them.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the purpose of a tutor is to complement and supplement the school classroom learning to ensure that the student has a good understanding of the subject's content, but ultimately a good tutor will develop a student's independent learning ability, and only fill in gaps in a student's knowledge when required.
