What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I enjoy most about tutoring is being able to help students understand more about a certain subject and witnessing the student's progress over time. To be able to see final the outcome and improvement in the student is another joyful part of tutoring as this means that I have been able to successfully shared my knowledge in a certain field, and potentially changed their view on a subject they may previously been weaker at or dislike.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe my strengths would be my determination to seek different ways to memories, revise and teach myself to maintain new knowledge in the long term. I am also patient and this will help me seek different methods of explaining difficult areas, where students may not immediately understand.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe that being empathetic and being able to read other's body language is very important; you must lead the class at a pace in which the student can keep up with. Thus, as a tutor it would be beneficial for a student if the tutor occasionally asks if their student has comprehended what has been taught so far. Constantly revising previous topics by providing regular homework is crucial a because without out regular revision students will not be able to consolidate their understanding. I also believe, as a tutor, it would be my responsibility to correct and provide feedback.
