Additionally, he made a few silly mistakes, which he later recognised during our review of the test. Addressing these areas will further strengthen his grasp of the material.

Lachlan has made excellent progress in this topic. He can confidently construct tables from network graphs and interpret them to draw diagrams. Lachlan is able to distinguish between isomorphic shapes and accurately draw connected and disconnected graphs when given weighted vertices and edges. He was also able to apply his understanding of networks and weighted graphs to real-world application questions, showing his solid grasp of the material.

Lachlan should continue practicing network-related questions, particularly under timed conditions, to enhance confidence and maintain momentum for his upcoming topic test on networks.

Lachlan demonstrated excellent understanding and reasoning skills during the session. He correctly answered all the questions I gave on connector problems and applied appropriate logic when evaluating pathways. He consistently considers all relevant units and critically compares pathways to identify the smallest one. Lachlan has shown confidence in networks over the past few weeks. To maintain his accuracy and momentum, Lachlan should continue practicing connector problems, including solving minimum spanning tree questions using Prim's and Kruskal's methods. To prepare for exam conditions, he should also begin practicing these questions under timed restraints.

Lachlan has a good understanding of networks and is able to apply it to application questions involving minimum spanning trees. Lachlan understands all basic concepts of networks e.g. weighted, directed, undirected and degrees. He was also able to reiterate and apply the Kruskal and Prim's algorithm when solving the minimum spanning trees questions.

When finding the minimum length, Lachlan sometimes misses the smallest values. However, he picks up on this mistake instantly.
