What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
One thing that I enjoy while tutoring is seeing a student finally solve a problem by themself after they have struggled with the problem previously. I also enjoy diving into the student's perspectives to see how they think and to guide them in the right direction with their logic. I also enjoy meeting new people with different mindsets towards problems.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I believe one of my strengths as a tutor is my ability to explain a concept in a way that they would understand. For example, I might ask how they approach the question and then shape the logic that they used, breaking it down into easier concepts and explaining it in a way they are interested in.
Another strength that I have is being open-minded. I believe I possess such qualities coming from an international background and school in which I have tutored various individuals.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I consider that the most important thing that a tutor can do for a student is to make them understand the fundamentals and make them love to learn. When learning a new concept, previous knowledge and experience of mistakes are crucial. There is nothing more satisfying than being curious about how things work and then knowing how they work.
