What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

In my past tutoring experiences, I enjoy watching students' grades improving the most. It increases my self-esteem and motivates me to tutor more students. Also, I enjoy interacting with students as they always surprise me with their way of thinking.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I'm quite observant, which is helpful in being a tutor as I can find out what the student is struggling with and how to deal with them. Moreover, I always think of ways to make tutoring more fun and interactive so that students are motivated to learn.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

In my opinion, I think that it is important to understand every student is different and has their way of learning. It is important for a tutor to identify and tailor a plan for each student so that they are learning efficiently. For example, as I am a visual and auditory learner, I learn most efficiently by watching lectures and videos and less efficiently by only reading through ppt slides. Other than that, it is also important to monitor students' learning progress to know if they are on track and how to help them. These are important to ensure a student's success.
