What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy tutoring because it gives me the opportunity to teach in a one-on-one situation, focusing my attention on one willing student, and helping that student to achieve his or her goal. I enjoy building a student's confidence, and sharing the joy that comes with improvement.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My communication skills, and understanding for the stress of a VCE student, is one of my strengths as a tutor. I do not find it hard to gain trust of the students, because I understand how they feel in different situations and can choose the right words in my lessons.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe that teachers/tutors make the greatest impact on a developing child or young adult's mind. Apart from the child's family, a teacher/tutor has the most influential face to face contact with a student, where it be as a mentor or as a friend. Hence, I strongly feel that tutors have the opportunity and responsibility to educate and develop a young person's way of thinking, behaviour and most importantly, their learning. Even in a constantly changing and technologically advancing society, the relationship between a teacher and a student can never be replaced.
