My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My biggest strength would be that I take time to understand and tackle the student's area of difficulty. Based on that I can easily help to develop new ways of learning. I can easily figure out what resources and techniques are needed to enable the tutee to succeed. One of my weaknesses is probably that I usually tend to be too friendly with my tutees. I usually maintain good relationships with my students which is obviously a good thing but sometimes maintaining authority can be difficult.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe that the most important thing a tutor can do is to help students help themselves, or to assist or guide them so that they become independent learners. For this, tutors should have a positive outlook by believing that things can be changed through action. They should also have the desire to help others by showing comprehension, empathy, patience, gentleness, understanding and fairness.
