My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I think my past education and recent work in an English related field would be an asset when teaching students. I am a very bubbly person who's quick to laugh and I think those traits would make students feel comfortable around me. I am a person who has always been interested in learning and having seen where some educational facilities fall short, I feel that I could create a fun environment where students can improve their skills and want to learn.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Patience and listening to the students needs. I have had teachers and parents who would get easily frustrated and that can greatly affect a student's confidence. Building a students confidence is integral in the learning process. Also I feel that each course should be focused around the students own personal needs. Text book teaching/tutoring, I feel is useless if that technique doesn't work for that student. People learn in various ways and I think a tutor should be able to acknowledge that and create a lesson plan suitable for the students invidual needs/goals.
